| EVENT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT |
| Besides weddings and dinner parties, Art of Eating has been involved in planning and
managing events for many years. We have been the Events Managers in charge of Southampton College's All for the Sea concerts for over 10
years, organizing and coordinating vendors, Board of Health requirements, safety, parking,
and volunteers for the VIP tent. We were also the Event Managers for Share Our Strength's
Taste of the Nation, Stony Brook University's 2002 and 2003 Wolfstock VIP Tent, Concours d'Elegance
2002 VIP Tent and Fundraising Fashion Show and Luncheon. In June of 2003, Art of Eating was engaged to co-ordinate the "Barbecue and Beyond" Fundraiser , a fundraiser for the Maryhaven Centre for Hope. |
| Entertainment and Themes Roving Robots, Virtual Reality, Theme Parties... you name it. We have access to hundreds of entertainment ideas and themes just right for your event. We will work with your idea and elaborate on it - or we can customize a theme for you. |

Musicians From one-piece classical to 20-piece orchestras; show tunes to wedding bands, DJ's to soloists, Fortune Tellers to Comedians - we have close relationships with musicians and entertainers available for your event. If an ethnic band with dancers is your fancy, just ask - we can get them for you. |
| Decorations We work with some of the finest party designers on the East End because the ambiance you project at your site carries off the theme of your party. If you want your guests to feel like they are in Bali, just imagine it . . . we can make it happen. The S.T.A.R. Foundation requested a "Radioactive Theme" for their Fundraiser ! |

Transportation If you picture yourself arriving at your reception in an antique car or classic wooden boat, we have the resources. If it is limousines you want,we work with the finest companies. Just ask and we can more than likely recommend the right transportation for you |
| Tenting The tent is a major factor in arranging an off-premises event. Being certain a quality company is contracted is very important to ensure your event is successful...- we only work with the best. And, most importantly, we coordinate the entire process. |
